Each District operates with autonomy concerning All District Auditions and the All District event.  The VCDA mandates are found in the operational manual, and each district should assemble a committee that will help lead the events.  The documents below give a description of how each district formats their event, and their rules and procedures.   These documents should be used as informational only.
