Registration Deadlines
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER
5th 2008, 4.00PM - all school registration forms must be received by the audition
chairman at this time using the VMEA Honors Choir website. Please check with your computer person to be sure that information can be sent without the interference of firewalls.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th, 2008 - all student registration forms and SCHOOL checks must be postmarked by this time. A hard copy of the school registration should be included as well.
Registration Checklist
SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM - is to be received by the audition chairman by 4:00PM on Friday, September
5th 2008. These must be sent via the VCDA website
Online Registration. A hard copy should be mailed in with the Audition Applications.
The hard copy registration form must contain the same information as
the online form. No changes may be made after September 5.
AUDITION APPLICATION filled out for each participating student.
MAKE SURE THAT EACH STUDENT SIGNS HIS/HER FORM AND THAT YOUR PRINCIPAL SIGNS EACH FORM.
